I have got your girl.
In my nearly 20-year career as a personal trainer and nutritionist, I’ve had the honor of helping hundreds of clients transform their lives through exercise, healthy eating and positive thinking. I am also a mother of three busy, athletic kids, and I’ve discovered that there is an even greater need for my expertise guiding growing girls.
Exercise and nutrition have been life-long pursuits for me. In my late teens and early twenties, I was a resident firefighter and yoga instructor. I earned my bachelor of science in Health Promotion and Wellness from Eastern Washington University, and I’m certified as a personal trainer through American College of Sports Medicine. I also hold a Holistic Nutrition certification.
All of that training and education, combined with my years of raising an accomplished ballerina and competitive basketball player (Sailor - 13), an elite gymnast (Brooklyn - 11) and a feisty little baseball star (Ryder - 7) have given me unique insight into the challenges facing our kids today. But more importantly, I know how a healthy lifestyle sets girls up for success in sports, the classroom and life. My hope is to help this generation of girls today, so I don’t have to help them overcome lifelong struggles when they are adults.
I can’t wait to meet your girls.
